Steps

Gather Materials and Tools
Collect all necessary materials and tools. Ensure that the work area is well-organized and that you have everything you need before starting.
Prepare the Milk Carton
Rinse and dry the milk carton thoroughly, then cut it to the desired height for your votive candle.
Melt the Wax
Melt the candle wax in a double boiler, ensuring the temperature does not exceed the recommended melting point.
Insert the Wick
Secure the wick in the center of the milk carton, using a wick holder if necessary to keep it in place.
Pour the Wax
Pour the melted wax into the milk carton carefully, while ensuring the wick stays centered.
Allow the Wax to Set
