Steps

Step 1: Clean the Tires
Thoroughly clean the tires with soap and water to remove any dirt, grime, or debris.
Step 2: Paint the Tires
Use outdoor paint to give the tires a colorful and weather-resistant finish. Allow the paint to dry completely.
Step 3: Drill Drainage Holes
Using a power drill, create several drainage holes in the bottom of the tire to allow excess water to escape.
Step 4: Attach Hanging Chains
Securing the chains, drill holes at three equidistant points around the tire. Attach eye bolts and use chain to create a hanging mechanism.
Step 5: Line the Tire with Plastic
