Old German upright piano by respected maker Gors and Kallman. High quality construction - far superior to most. Website dates it to c1910. Reasonably good cosmetic condition considering age. Attractive case with inlaid wood and brass. Felt needs replaced on a couple of dampers but nothing major. It was tuned about three months ago; no longer at concert pitch but was a year or so ago. Now about a semitone below.
Was given to me by my godfather 40 years ago. Replacement piano arrives on Saturday 23 Feb. Tried to donate to charity shops to no avail. If interested get in touch ASAP before my wife makes me turn it into shelving (not joking). Located in 3rd floor tenement flat in Edinburgh. Lid, front and lower panels and action can all be removed, which helps with the weight a little.
