- The phone number you see on your advert will be different. This is because we use our own privacy numbers to protect your personal details from potential buyers or recyclers. We forward all calls to your number. These numbers will cost the caller 51ppm from a BT landline, rates from other suppliers may vary and rates from mobiles may be considerably more.
- Because we are a free to list site, we are overwhelmed and it will take 48 hours for your advert to be listed. We will email you once your advert has gone live.
- An express listing is a method of listing your advert to our site within 10 minutes instead of 48 hours. This only costs £3 and your advert will be added to our priority queue and we guarantee your advert will make it onto the site within 10 minutes.
- To delete your advert, please login to your account and click Manage Adverts
- If you are having problems logging in please visit our forgotten password page and enter your email and we will give you the oppoturnity to change your password. Please note: if your email does not match what we have on account we are unable to make account changes for you for security reasons.
- If you are having a problem registering please check that you filled in all fields. This includes the captcher box. The captcher box contains distorted words and you can find this at the bottom of the registration form. This is important as it protects us and our users from spammers and fake automated submissions. Look at the distorted words and type letter by letter what you see. If you can't recognise the letters, you can refresh the words by clicking the refresh button to the right of the words.
- If you don't seem to be receiving emails from the site like registration emails or advert has gone live notification emails or even if you set up an alert or subscribed to a category for updates, please check any filters or spam folders in your email client, sometimes emails may end up in spam folders / boxes or filters.
