The flat is in the Quadrangle W2 2RN just off Sussex Gardens nr. Paddington. It is first floor with a lift.
I have offers to take everything away except the sofabed - which is good quality but heavy so furniture will go to whoever will take away the sofabed. Settee and sofabed have fire certification.
