W: plants, top soil and a watering can

Westville flats is a block of 9 flats in the South hams, that is run by a charity for single homeless people.
We are trying to do work in the garden at the front of the property but require some top soil and some plants or bulbs that would give our garden vibrancy and colour.

We asklo require a watering can.

Any form of contribution would be greaqtly appreciated.
