Wanted: ‘setting up house’ furniture etc

My brother's moving into his first rented (which turned out to be unfurnished) flat in a few weeks and we're all scrambling to find basic stuff to help him out.

Would be grateful if anyone has any or some of the following lurking unused in a spare room or attic:

*some curtains (bedroom and living room)
*a double bed
*a sofa
*a bedside table
*a wardrobe
*a chest of drawers
*an armchair
*a fridge
*a cooker
*a microwave
*a coffee table

any help very welcome!
