Drought-hit herders are starving

Millions of Kenyan herders still need food after drought almost wiped out their livestock, the UN World Food Programme (WFP) said, as it appealed for $90 million (Â£49 million) in aid. Failed rains in several East African countries left 11 million facing starvation and many are still affected.
