Compulsary Recycling! ?
Do you think recycling should be compulsary?
Especially for large companys who churn out mountains of waste! Cinemas (like 'cineWorld') who charge upward of 400% profit on 'pick&mix', then dump the cardbord packaging into landfill! I think it should be a criminal offence to landfill cardboard waste insted of recycling it, especially considering their profits, do you agree?
