O: Modular Building

Our church has a 3-section modular building we are going to demolish. It was new in 1997 and has been used as a nursery. We have now removed all of the fixtures and fittings and intend to demolish it. It is generally in good condition but has had some problems with the roof due to birds damaging the seals where the sections are joined. The building is free to anyone who is willing to arrange for its removal. When it arrived it was on three lorries and accompanied by a huge crane - so it is not a cheap option. It cost £14,000 in 1997 and it seems a shame to destroy it.
