Epson D84 Printer - needs reconditioning

Epson Photo Stylus D84, discs, power cable but no longer have the box.

Printer is about 3 years old and was in full working order until one day it decided to stop printing (no ink output on the page). I think this is a common fault and can be fixed with some expert attention?????
