Q. Can i post anything on Recycle.co.uk?
A. Yes, Anything you feel may be useful to someone else and is totally legal and is yours to give away.
Q. I cant submit my advert, what do i do.
A. Email us at
webmaster@Recycle.co.uk and we will help or do this for you.
Q. Can I have a photograph as well as a description of items posted?
A. Yes, if you can not do this we will happy add the photograph for you.
Q. I have given the items away now but people keep calling, or emailing me?
A. Once you have given your item away you must post
GONE, or
TAKEN in the thread where your advert is, then well will close the thread so no one can ask. or you can simply contact us and we will remove the advert altogether.
Q. If I put an advert on Recycle.co.uk will it be on public display immediately?
A. Yes, but the admin and moderators of Recycle.co.uk will check all items submitted and remove anything that is not appropriate.
Please follow a few simple rules when in contact with other people.
1: Take the telephone number and address of the caller and agree to phone them back to confirm there details are correct and any collection arrangements.
2: Always arange a time and date for the caller to visit your home.
3: If possible make sure there is more than 1 person with you when the caller calls to pick up the items.
4: NEVER leave your contact details one the website.
