I have a silver metal framed single bunk bed with a double futon underneath available. This was given to me for my son, but is not the bed that he wanted. There is no single mattress for the top bed, but we do have the futon mattress - although this is not in a particularly great condition. This bed is a few years old, and does have some markings to the metal frame - although essentially it is still sound. We do not have the instructions to build this, as it is currently 'flat-packed', but we do have all the fittings and it seems fairly straight-forward.
